BlackGurl Inc. programs are facilitated by professional and educated women who have a stake in the success of the demographic we serve. Every facilitator has a college degree and most have advanced degrees in psychology, social work, anthropology and medicine. There is a 40-hour facilitator training and extensive interview process. BlackGurl Inc.’s staff is passionate, dedicated and focused on providing quality programs that empower the lives of the young women we serve. These women are consistently creating fun, innovative, and engaging workshops and seminars around specific topics. Girls are encouraged to think “outside the box” and given opportunities to be a central part of all programming.
